Bees and Honey

The Bees Knees

When bees flit from flower to flower, the nectar sticks to their legs. The phrase "bee's knees" means sweet and good, because the knees of the bee are where all the sweet, good stuff is collected.

We love our bees! Currently, we have 10 hives on the property.  While they're more active in the spring and summer months, we care for our bees year around.

Local Honey

Unity Grove Farm has a variety of sizes of local honey for sale while the supply lasts. We harvest the honey from hives that are located on the property.

The honey we sell is 100% pure, raw honey. It is extracted from the hive, filtered to remove wax particles, and bottled which means you get the full health and nutritional benefits that nature offers.

When available, you may purchase honey by visiting the Unity Grove Farm Store when open or please call 404-831-2807.
